About us

A New Standard for Vendor Compliance
At Register Labs, we’re building tools to make supplier due diligence seamless, secure, and transparent.
Our platform replaces manual compliance tracking with blockchain-backed automation, giving companies and their vendors a shared source of truth.
We combine the simplicity of SaaS with the trust of Canton smart contracts, ensuring every proof is private, verifiable, and compliant.
This isn’t just document storage. It’s the foundation for trust in modern supply chains.
Mission
To make compliance management simple, secure, and transparent for every organization.
Vision
To become the trusted compliance layer for digital business networks worldwide.
What We’re Building
A secure compliance platform that automates due diligence and audit verification.

Document Collection
Invite suppliers to upload compliance documents, ISO, SOC, insurance, or ESG, directly into secure storage.

Immutable Audit Trails
Each upload or change automatically generates a cryptographic proof on the Canton blockchain.

Private by Design
Documents stay encrypted in AWS storage; only verification hashes are written on-chain.

Workflow Integration
Easily manage document requests, expiry reminders, and approvals, all from a unified dashboard.

Audit-Ready Transparency
Instantly verify the authenticity and history of every record, with a tamper-proof trail built in.
NOTE: Register Labs is currently under development. We’re working closely with legal and technical advisors to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of usability, compliance, and security.
